Outline of Final Research Achievements

The objective of this research is to draw attention to the employment of people with disabilities and their continuation as a way of promoting their social inclusion. To this end, the research clarifies job creation and continued employment measures for people with disabilities from the perspective of network and life stages. The relevant fieldwork was conducted in Japan and Germany. The Study concludes that it is important that employment measures for people with disabilities will be reviewed on the basis of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
