Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In Japan, nursery teachers often talk with using a picture book. Talk without using the picture book is called "SUBANASHI" in japan. However, the frequency of “SUBANASHI” performance is decreasing. Therefore, in this study, we analyze present issues of "SUBANASHI" at childcare. And we look for a way to help practice of "SUBANASHI". As a result, children imagine desperately what kind of thing it is, when the thing which is not known appears in “SUBANASHI”. Therefore, children are expected to carry out various imagination using favorite colors in drawing after "SUBANASHI". On the other hand, things which children know, or which appear in picture books are painted in actual colors in drawing after storytelling with using a picture book. From now on, nursery teachers understand the difference in the effect of “SUBANASHI” and “Storytelling with using a picture book”, and it becomes important to utilize both well.
