Research Abstract |
Aberrant alternative splicing participates in many genetic and acquired diseases including cancer. Oxidative stress specifically facilitated premature stop codon (PTC)-containing isoforms production in colon cancer cell line. Several RNA-binding proteins associated with PTC isoforms and regulated its RNA sutability in the nucleus.
