Outline of Final Research Achievements

This study point out the key for the governance to rebuild the town damaged by desaster is to synthesis of memories using citizen languages, expressions, and activities. I got this idea from activities in the small town in Tohoku during 2012-2013, and from theoretical research in UC Berkeley in 2014.
