Scientific Significance and Expected Research Achievements

標準模型を超えた新物理の探索に向けて、高エネルギー加速器実験とは異なった方向性から独創的な実験を行う計画であり、高い学術的意義と将来性を持つと評価できる。長いスピン緩和時間を実現した偏極核標的の開発と、偏極中性子を入射した実験の結果から、将来の時間反転対称性の破れの探索の実現が期待される。
