| Scientific Significance and Expected Research Achievements |
化学修飾を含むメッセンジャーRNA（mRNA）を合成してタンパク質への翻訳効率とmRNAの安定性を測定し、その修飾位置を独自技術であるシークエンサによって同定することで、化学修飾を含むmRNAの性能予測技術を開発する本研究は学術的意義がある。mRNAの塩基配列と修飾位置を設計するための技術基盤の確立が期待できる。
