Outline of Final Research Achievements

The study aims to develop of family support program and to create of measurement for the effects of support for involuntary child and family in the community. The purpose of these frameworks access the child and the family using local network consisting of multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support in early term.
As a results of the study, I developed “The Practice Theory of Intervention Social Work”. The theory uses multilayered outreach approach for the isolated family by multidisciplinary collaborating network. The study suggests to use original check-sheet in the term of assessment of support progress, and to evaluate from three perspectives; “child”, “family”, “community” in four steps of support.
