Outline of Final Research Achievements |
It is undesirable to measure academic abilities of test-takers with disabilities, in particular visually impaired people and learning disabilities, using complicated and lengthy OMR sheet exams. In this research it is aimed to realize more accurate measurement of such test-takers' academic abilities. Therefore conversion techniques of multiple choice test which depend heavily on OMR sheets into simple one are developed. 1. Monitoring experiments which investigate the impact of formats of multiple choice test on performance of participants with disabilities are carried out. 2. It is confirmed that if test items are stored as structured data an automated simplification of multiple choice test which depend heavily on OMR sheets can be done.
