Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study is that we carried out outdoor and nature experiences programs for adolescence to investigate the effects of reality adaptation -MHPC and IKR-. The following results ware obtained: 1) MHPC’s positive aspects of the participants improved significantly. 2) IKR improved significantly. The other purpose is that to investigate effects of outdoor and nature experiences programs such as a multiple trekking practical class on individuation. This result showed that participants’ initiative was formed through impressive physical experiences, and individuality process related one’s initiative and nature experiences.
