Research Abstract

平成25年度はMR撮像シークエンスの決定（撮像数、加算回数、TR、TEの条件を設定）に引き続いて、まずはf値が比較的安定していると思われる口底部の疾患について、B-value　500 s/mm2、1000 s/mm2の拡散強調画像を用いてf値を算出した。口底疾患として拡散強調画像を得られたのがSCC well-diff.１２例、SCC moderately diff.４例、SCC poorly diff.１例、Mucoepidermoid ca.２例、Ca. in Pleomorpic adenoma２例、ACC１例、Adenosquamous cell ca.１例、Hemangioma４例、Myoepithelioma１例、Ranula８例 、Epidermoid cyst１例、Dermoid cyst１例、舌下腺炎８例で、そのうちartifactがあるものを除きf値が測定できたものは、SCC well-diff.８例、SCC moderately diff.５例、SCC poorly diff.０例、Mucoepidermoid ca.２例、Ca. in Pleomorpic adenoma２例、ACC１例、Adenosquamous cell ca.０例、Hemangioma４例、Myoepithelioma１例、Ranula６例 、Epidermoid cyst１例、Dermoid cyst１例、舌下腺炎４例であった。現在、各疾患の f値についてデータ解析中である。

平成25年度の予定であったMR撮像シークエンスの決定を行い、口底疾患のf値の算出に取りかかることができたため。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

平成25年度に設定した条件にて、IVIM MRイメージングを行い、術後の病理組織学的所見と比較することによって、腫瘍内血管構築を解析し、顎骨腫瘍性病変の特徴づけおよび鑑別診断のためのデータ構築を行う。

Expenditure Plans for the Next FY Research Funding

申請書に記載した使用計画に加え、平成26年度は口腔内手術の確認に必要な双眼ルーペを使用したい。
平成26年度は、上記双眼ルーペおよび、MRパターンマップ作成に必要なプログラムミングおよび統計解析のためのソフトに必要な経費、研究成果報告のため第55回日本放射線学会総会および100th RSNA Scientific Assembly and Annual Meetingに出席するための旅費に使用する計画である。
