体型差を考慮した褥瘡予防ケア開発のための基礎研究として肥満体型高齢者の好発部位を検討した。標準体型女性と肥満体型女性の仰臥位時、頭部挙上30度時における臀部体圧、血流量を測定し、得られた結果より体型に応じた褥瘡予防ケア開発の一助となるよう検討した。
