| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
X線動画像とCTから構築した投影像の重ね合わせによる、健常股関節及び人工股関節の三次元動態解析における精度検定を行い、骨盤と大腿骨、インプラント共に高精度の解析が可能であることを明らかにした。健常股関節及び変形性股関節症の動態解析を、歩行、しゃがみ込み、椅子からの立ち上がり、体幹捻り動作などの日常生活において行い、骨盤と大腿骨の協調運動と、代償性運動が生じていることを認めた。人工股関節術後のスポーツ動作として、ゴルフスイングの解析を行い、スイング中の股関節に過度の回旋運動が生じていないこと、安定性が保たれていることを確認した。スイング中にネック-ライナー間でインピンジメントが生じている症例があり、インプラントの設置及びelevatedライナーの使用に注意を要することを明らかにした。現在は、人工股関節置換術後の様々な動作を解析しており、今後もインプラントの設置位置との関連性を引き続き検討していく予定である。

Reason
平成25年度には健常股関節の動態解析を行うことが目標であり、既に論文が掲載されており、達成できている。平成26年度においては変形性股関節症患者の動態解析を終了しており、既に論文が掲載されており、達成できている。平成27年度においては人工股関節置換術の動態解析をゴルフスイングにおいて解析を終了しており、既に論文が掲載されており、達成できている。平成28年度においても更に研究を発展させていく予定である。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
人工股関節置換術前後、寛骨臼移動術前後、femoroacetabular impingement (FAI)術前後の動態解析を進めることによって、疾患特有の動作、治療前後の変化、手術方法との関連性などを引き続き検討する予定である。

人工股関節置換術前後および寛骨臼移動術前後の撮影する症例数を追加しているため。

術前後のX線及びCT撮影費用の一部として使用する予定である。
