Scientific Significance and Expected Research Achievements

γ線ピーク効率の高い臭化タリウム半導体を利用しSPECTの高感度化を図るために、応募者の独自技術を駆使して実施するものとなっており、新規性・独創性に優れたものと評価できる。本研究の成果は病変検出能の高いSPECT装置の開発に繋がるなど、学術的意義のある結果が多く得られ、大きな波及効果をもたらすと期待できる。
