Outline of Annual Research Achievements

昨年に引続き、平成27年度も大規模データベースの作成を進めた。次世代多目的コホート（JPHC-NEXT）ではベースライン調査が5地域で完了した（他3地域では2016年12月まで継続。2016年3月末までの研究登録者95,671人）。また、CIRCS研究では1980年から現在までに14,040人のベースライン調査が完了した。両者ともに居住地情報・社会人口統計体系市町村基礎データ・地理情報システム（GIS）を利用した社会環境・経済指標のデータベース作成を開始した。CIRCS秋田・大阪地区の2000年度のベースライン調査参加者について、居住する近隣地区の剥奪指標（deprivation index）を作成し、3735人（3853人中）のデータベースが完成した。

多目的コホート（JPHC）研究のデータを用い、本研究の仮説を予備検証した。その結果、居住する近隣地区の剥奪指標が高い群は、低い群と比べて、飲酒習慣は少なく、肥満は多い傾向にあった。糖尿病既往、高脂血症既往の割合の差は明らかではなかった。同様の解析を、新たに作成したCIRCS大阪・秋田地区のデータベースで開始している。

新たに認知症登録体制を構築するJPHC-NEXTでは、要介護認知症の発症登録を行うための基礎資料収集のための自治体との打ち合わせを終え、データ整備体制を詰めている。同様の作業をCIRCS大阪地区でも進めている。動脈硬化性疾患についてはCIRCS秋田・大阪地区で発症登録を進めるとともにJPHC-NEXTにおいても登録の準備を進めている。CIRCS秋田地区では認知症発症登録を継続して進めている。

Reason

JPHC-NEXTのベースライン調査の完了。社会環境・経済指標に関する地域データベースの一部完成。JPHC-NEXTでの要介護認知症発症登録の開始の見通し。CIRCS大阪地区でも同様に進展している。社会環境・経済指標である剥奪指標と、個人の総死亡、動脈硬化性疾患発症、生活習慣病の危険因子との関連を示唆する知見が得られている。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

社会環境・経済指標および認知症発症登録体制を確立し、データベースとの突合を開始する。ベースライン調査が完了したため、社会環境・経済指標、心理・生化学マーカー、生物学的危険因子と動脈硬化性疾患、および認知症発症リスクに関する分析を進め、国内外の学会発表を行う。
