Outline of Annual Research Achievements

1. 空路にて日本からアルマトイ市経由でセメイ市に入った。2．土壞、煉瓦、歯を収集しその測定結果を論文にまとめた。特に土壌中のCs-137などの(約1,000ヵ所)データは今後の線量評価に不可欠である。収集は現地のカザフ放射線医学環境研究所、セメイ国立医科大学等と行った。3．甲状腺の検診結果(約1,000人)についても論文として発表した。4．セミパラチンスク近郊住民の被曝線量については、リヨンにあるWHOの研究所やアメリカ、ドイツ等の研究所との共同研究を行ってきたが、一時中断しているので今後実行する考えである。5．動物実験も行った。クルチャトフの原子炉の熱中性子で二酸化マンガンの粉末(3μm)を照射し、Mn-56を生成した。その粉末をラットに噴射し内部被ばくさせ、活動度、各臓器の病理学的な検査、血液の検査を行った。各臓器に取り込まれた放射能は直接測定し、ベーダ線を含めた正確な内部被線量を求めた。これらは国際会議ACRR2017や論文発表した。6．心理的影響も現地調査し解析を進めている。 7．広島・ 長崎の原爆被爆者について直爆者、早期入市者、速距離被爆者等について広島大学のデータベースなどを使って解析し、内部被曝の影響を示唆するとして論文発表した。8．マーシヤル諸島での核実験の被曝線量評価とその影響などの調査も行った。9.アスタナ市で大気中の放射能微粒子や汚染物質を収集し測定した。10．福島原子力発電所関連についても土壤、煉瓦をサンプリングし論文発表した。11．広島大学で第21回国際シンポジウム(2018年1月23日)と島根大学で第5回国際シンポジウム(同1月25日)を開催し発表した。12．今回の動物実験により、放射性微粒子による内部被ばくが特異的に大きい事を新発見した。これらは外部被ばくと比べて20倍以上も大きく社会的な影響は大きい。これらの統一的理解や防護研究を進める。
