Outline of Final Research Achievements

Western constitutionalisms were brought into Japan and China around 1900, but sometimes from Japan to China. Even today, Tatsukichi MINOBE, japanese great publicist before the World War II, is widely read in China. How did japanese and chinese constitutionalists conceive of constitutionalism before the War ? Why did they so ? Each of us selected one concrete topic and gave lectures in two seminars (Darliang and Sapporo) before finishing one article.
