Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
In March 2016, our co-investigator visited UGM to finalize the survey, but gathering data took longer time than expected. We received the raw data on 3/14th in Indonesian language and we are on way of computing them. Since I moved to Osaka University, they wanted me to concentrate more on teaching. I keep producing teaching materials (handouts, videos, scenarios) for undergraduates and residents to increase their English Dr-patient communication skills. I introduced the new 3-format class, which includes reading, writing, listening and discussion in 3-hour sessions. I attended the Annual JASMEE meeting held in July, but could not introduce the 3-format class that ended in December. The survey results indicate a student satisfaction rate of 57%. We will try to find improvement points.
