Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that shifted to a fragmentation and the change of international business management by taking Japanese printer companies in Asia and Japanese automobile companies in Europe under the distributed production system (fragmentation). As a previous study, the theoretical study of a fragmentatiom has been mainly done in the position of international economics, but this research has significance to consider in the view of international managemen theory. To summarize the factors of the fragmenntation, firstly, the threats and strategic transformation of competitors in the market, secondly the establishment of a new system triggered by new producers which are developing countries, third, a change in industrial policy accompanying with economic development of the existing production country, and these factors were to be carried out at the same time.I also considered the issue of the fragmentation in Europe associated with Brexit.
