| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research, we clarified care worker's care for nursing care, what kind of consciousness the care workers have with regard to care for nursing care, what kind of educational training the care workers are receiving, the care worker’s grief and its coping. Based on survey results, we examined how consciousness of attending nursing care and education / training affect practicing.
