Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Using laboratory animal models put under general anesthesia, we examined protection effect for the myocardial and hepatic ischemic reperfusion injury of inhalation anesthetic, inotropic agent or antidiabetic drug. Also, we examined effect for the myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury of acute hypercapnea. These studies suggest that PDE Ⅲ inhibitor milrinone and glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist exert cardioprotective effects, inhalation anesthetic sevoflurane exert hepaticprotective effects. However, suggested that the preconditioning of acute hypercapnea did not affect the myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
