Outline of Final Research Achievements

We have performed metabolome analysis on fresh, senescent, and immortalized stage in “cellular senescence to spontaneous immortalization model” using mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) 3T3 technique.
Several senescent stage-specific and immortalization-specific metabolic pathways were determined, and tetracycline-inducible tunable senescence / immortalization cellular model were under development.
