自閉症スペクトラム障害幼児における、知覚入力と「こころ」の形成過程の関係

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

研究対象として、ASD患者を含む計30名の3-6歳の幼児を対象に研究を実施した。研究代表者のフィールドである石川県および富山県の養育機関から公募した。ASDの診断はASDの国際的に標準化された診断方法であるAutism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS)およびDiagnostic Interview for Social and Communication Disorder (DISCO) を用いてライセンス保持者が行った。社会的参照に関連した行動の定量化のため、幼児の行動をビデオ記録した。知覚の入力への脳の反応測定には「幼児に優しく試行できる装置」「脳の知覚への反応が絶対的に定量できる唯一の装置」という２つの観点から、日本で唯一我々が保有する幼児用MEGを用いて実施した。金沢大学医学倫理委員会の承認のもと、親権者に研究の内容を文書にて十分に説明した後に、文書にて同意を得て、実施した。当然、被験者である幼児が拒否する場合もただちに研究を中止した。結果脱落者は皆無であった。音声に対する脳の反応の発達パターンの左右の同調性の形成が、社会性に関わる「こころ」の成長に異常のある自閉症児において、非定型的であることを明らかにし、論文化した。
