| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
1）切迫早産で入院した63サンプルの便を用いてメタゲノム解析を行なった。プロバイオティクス製剤であるビオスリー（1日3g）を内服前後で便を採取でき、メタゲノム解析できた症例が30名あり、16名が早産に至り、14名が正期産であった。2）早産群ではEscherichia/Shigellaが多く、Clostridium XIVaが減少していた。3）各症例で、PCA Score Plotを作製し、ビオスリー前後での変動を見たところ、変動が大きな例が早産群で多かった。PCA bioplotで各菌種毎の変動を検討したところ、Escherichia/ShigellaとBacteroidesの変動が大きいことが判った。4）群間比較したところ、早産群（治療前）と非早産群（治療前）、早産群（治療前後）、非早産群（治療前後）で有意な変動を示すgenus/speciesは見つからなかった。5）食生活と早産との調査では、味噌汁の摂取と早産率の間に有意な逆相関を認め、食生活の改善が早産率の減少につながる可能性を指摘できた。6) 子宮内膜症性卵巣嚢胞（N=8）、非子宮内膜症卵巣嚢胞患者(N=5)、健常人(N=17)の腸内細菌を検討した。PCA（genus）では、子宮内膜症患者の幾つかのサンプルで正常コントロールに比べてMegamonasの増加や、Parabacteroidesの減少が見られた。群間比較では、正常コントロール、子宮内膜症、非子宮内膜症での二群比較において有意な変化を示すgenus/speciesは見つからなかった。
