Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究では,ヒト静止立位姿勢に見られる関節間協調運動を創発する神経系の制御戦略を明らかにすることを目的とし,姿勢動揺計測実験およびヒト静止立位姿勢のマルチ剛体リンクモデルを用いた数値シミュレーションを行った.報告者が所属する研究グループでは,ヒト静止立位姿勢を維持する神経制御メカニズムとして"間欠制御仮説"を提唱している.間欠制御仮説に基づくデータ解析およびモデル解析により,我々が提唱する仮説が妥当であることを示唆する結果が複数得られた.
モーションキャプチャシステムを用いた若年健常者の姿勢動揺計測実験により,静止立位時の足関節および股関節運動の高周波数成分が逆位相の振動であることを明らかにした.ヒト静止立位姿勢のモデル解析によると,足関節および股関節の逆位相での振動は間欠制御仮説に基づいて立位姿勢維持を実現した際の柔軟な関節運動に起因するとして説明可能であるが,他の制御仮説では説明が難しい.これらの結果は,ヒトの静止立位姿勢が間欠制御仮説に基づく神経制御メカニズムによって維持されていることを示唆する.この結果は,国際会議での発表および論文発表により,世界に公表された.
床反力計を用いた健常者およびパーキンソン病患者の静止立位姿勢時の足圧中心点(CoP)の変動を詳細に解析し,CoPデータから健常者とパーキンソン病患者を大別できることを明らかにした.また,健常な高齢者とパーキンソン病患者のCoPデータの周波数解析により,CoPの変動パターンに差異があることを明らかにした.この結果は,国際会議で発表され,世界に公表された.
