| Research Abstract |
We were get a following results.
1). We were established method of anesthesia in experimental animals, for instance mouse, rat, hamster, guinea pig, rabbit and pigs.
2). It's method are make a critical commentary upon the anesthesiology, ethics and animal welfare. (1) And then it's a new method as pain relief in animal experimentation. (2) Also method of animal handling, fixation and selected sedative medicine, analgesics in premedication. (3) Selected (injectable and inhalation) anesthetics, determins of use doses in pre, during and post operative stage. (4) Development of Electronic control anesthetics vaporizing system (ECAVS) in small and middle size experimental animals.
3). It's new method are make a critical commentary upon the physiological and biochemistry, for example respiratory rate, pulse, body temperature, blood pressure, electro cardio graph (ECG), electro encepharo graph (EEG), concentration of inspiratory and expiratory anesthetics gases, pH, PCO_2, PO_2, HCO_3, O_2 SAT., base excess, total CO_2, O_2 content in blood were mesured.
4). It is established diffusing anesthetics method in each experimental animals.
