Anorexia nervosa is characterized by self-induced weight loss, distorted body image, menstrual dysfunction, and comorbid depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. We reported the cases who recovered completely after index episode. Psychological and social impairment did not persist after weight restoration. Though they initially demonstrated social isolation, Weight restoration per se may result in improvement in social isolation Eating disorders present with a mix of disturbances in multiple domains. Assesing comorbid psychiatric disorders such as depressive disorders, anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorders Child Assessment Schedule were used. Self-reports also were used. We studied initial symptoms and comorbid disorders with which Poorer prognosis has been associated.
