Outline of Final Research Achievements

Plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDC) secrete type I IFNs, which play an important role in antiviral immune responses. However, the molecular mechanisms of type I IFNs production in pDC are still not completely understood. Here we show that transcription factor HS01 regulates the production of type I IFNs in pDC.
