I focused on the Anglo-American global strategy in the early Cold War. And studied about the alliance on the basis on military talks.Great Britain tried to maintain her world-wide influence through the cooperation with the United States. US side also expected that the Great Britain would play the role as a great power in the global containment strategy against the Soviet Union. While there were several strategic debate between the two government, both two relied on each other as the strategic partner.
