Outline of Final Research Achievements

The factors closely related to sprint performance (time, maximal running speed, etc..) have recently been revealed with respect to ground reaction force patterns generated during sprint running. Based on these findings, we'll introduce our recently developed training system which conveys to the sprinter the direction and amount of force generated during running in real time.
