Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Simulation-based training is one of the famous educational methods for nurses. However, simulation-based training sometimes works not so well because of human capital and time resources. Thus, this study conducts the design-based research for blended learning using e-learning and simulation for the simultaneous multiple patient training. Several design theories have become clear including instructional design for e-learning contents, improving the interface for learners, learning analytics of e-learning contents for the better management of simulation-based training, and learner-centered debriefing.
