In this research, I focused on the product development project activities of the corporate organization. The following two points are given as findings obtained from the research. First, there are mechanisms for evaluating projects but in many cases, no mechanism has been established to evaluate project and business success as a value creation process. Second, it is a necessary for strengthening management control systems for product development taking place across regional organizations.
