Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Isocyanide is one of the most important building blocks in the organic chemistry because isocyanide has nucleophilicity and electrophilicity on the carbon atom. We have developed [n+1] cycloaddition reaction of isocyanide with 1,n-dipolars to afford the corresponding hetecocycles in high yields.
