Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Development of application-specific antibodies for TMEM16E will provide great advances in TMEM16E-related diseases understanding. In this DNA-immunization method project, application(eg, Western blotting, immunocytochemistry and flowcytometry)-specific high affinity monoclonal antibodies were established, which will provide further understanding of disease-related TMEM16E in mice tissues.
