Outline of Final Research Achievements

Bacterial community associated with rice shoot became stable accompanied with rice growing stage. Profiles of bacterial communities tended to convergence at late growing stage. At each growing stage, there are no significant difference inpProfiles of bacterial communities between varieties. Therefore, growing stage in rice could influence bacterial communities.
