Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have proposed the novel theme of the two compartment-model of lung cancer development according to the cellular origin. In this study, we tried to validate the theme with the following key issues. #1.mutation loads/burden, #2. Unique translocations, #3. Cis-type amplification, #4. Stepwise progression model.

肺癌の個性に基づく治療の細分化が進んでいるが、本研究はそれらを包括的に説明する生物学的意義を明らかにする試みである。そのため、その結果に基づいて肺癌治療の生物学的意味付けが可能となり、その特性による新たな治療戦略を考える礎となる。
