| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We focused on the development of biological information measurement methods and comparison with the learner's mental state about the construction of the method of biological information utilization for realizing effective active learning in virtual space. Yajima, Kanematsu, and Ogawa studied the development of biological information measurement methods and their data transfer methods. In comparison with the learner's mental state, we measured the number of blinks and measured the biological information when giving a task with different difficulty from the teacher on the metaverse and in the real world by Kanematsu, Ogawa, and Nakahira.We examined and analyzed the behavior with and without a good understanding of the problem and the behavior in the real world and the virtual world (metaverse).

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
高等教育機関の講義では，個の学生への対応の困難が指摘されている。しかし，ICTの活用で個人の応答に対応するアクティブな教育が可能となっている。又，昨今は手軽に心拍・睡眠等のライフログを記録するデバイス等，生体情報の取得は格段に容易となっている。
この現状において，我々が行った，生体情報を学習者の無意識下マルチモーダル・インターフェースと考え，学習者が表に出さない心的情報を教授側に入力情報として引き渡す仕組みを構築することは，学術的にも社会的にも意義深い。その結果，講義中心の授業において，あるいは，非対面の学習環境であっても，教員が受講者の反応を見ながら教示内容を微妙に変化させることが可能になる。
