| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Research objectives: (1) Establishment of a standardized and safer oral food challenge method and (2) Analysis of multicenter oral food challenge results to elucidate risk factors for positive and severe reactions.
Outcome (1) Multicenter study of egg and milk oral food challenges: We were able to clarify the safety of oral food challenges using standard challenge foods, and we were able to clarify various evidence, such as risk factors for severe reactions, through publication.
Outcome (2) Standardization and application of challenge foods: regarding the standardization of challenge foods, commertial products were launched for medical institutions since 2019 (Tamakona, Kobe).

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究は粉末状の容易に準備可能な定型負荷食を用いた標準化された負荷試験方法を用い、多施設で負荷試験を行なった結果を検討した。
この研究により、①標準化されたより安全な負荷試験方法の確立することができ、②多施設での負荷試験結果から陽性、重症反応に対するリスク因子を明らかにできた。
本研究で用いた標準的負荷試験食は医療機関向けに発売が開始された。本研究成果を踏まえて、小児アレルギー学会研究助成により、新規の他施設研究を開始することができた。
