| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We studied how children take others’ perspectives and do referencing actions when they themselves teach something to others. The participants were typically developing 4-year-old and 6-year-old children and adults, and children of autism spectrum disorder. The result showed that when the aim of teaching behavior is explicit, all participant groups properly took others’ perspectives to put objects in a proper direction, but using touch-pointing that can properly specify the referent part varied among the participant groups suggesting developmental changes. Autistic children tended to use touch-pointing even when the experimenter pointed object part with 7cm distance from the object.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
他者の視点に立つ能力は、他者の視線や他者からの見えの情報を利用して他者の心的状態を推測するものであり、言語・コミュニケーション能力の獲得を行う際に重要な要因を占めている。本研究から、教示行動はまず行為目的の明示化により促される他者視点の取得が先行して獲得され、その後、行為目的が非明示である場合の指示行為をも利用するために他者視点を用いる能力が獲得される可能性がある。自閉スペクトラム症(ASD)児はこの能力に困難を抱えており、直示的(意図明示)な手がかりに気づくことが難しいことが示唆された。発達障害児の支援に関しては、非明示的な情報をいかに理解するよう支援するかが重要となる。
