Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The characteristic of the developed program was that the theme was practical work dealing with on-site issues, which consisted of a group session for 3 to 6 months and 3 to 4 days that could be conducted for all groups. The program was implemented for 10 medical teams (80 participants and 21 practitioners). Member's independence, member's relationship and team consciousness, team's goals and strategies, team's achievements were significantly improved immediately after the program and 3 months after the program compared to immediately before the program. The four items were the central categories of individual and team change. Participants recognized that there was a psychological burden, but the satisfaction was high and the practicability for work was high. They felt that team's achievements and self-running were related to program days, team authority, differences in motivation among team members, resistance from the workplace, and so on.

1. 今後、あらゆる医療チームに対してチーム・トレーニングを実施することが可能となり、メンバーの主体性、メンバーの関係性とチーム意識、チームの目標と戦略、チームの成果が向上することに大きな社会的意義がある。また、プログラムは現場の課題を扱う実務であることから組織や地域へ貢献でき、医療の質の向上に寄与できる。 2. 効果を上げるチーム・トレーニングの要素が明らかになることで、多職種連携トレーニングといったチーム・トレーニング全体の更なる発展に寄与できるところに学術的意義がある。その結果、卒前・卒後医学教育においてチーム・トレーニングが多くの大学や医療組織で導入・展開されていくことが可能となる。
