Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Treatment with the extracellular vesicles (EV) have rarely been reported. We examined the effect of treatment using hepatic stem cell-derived EV (HSC-EV) and mesenchymal stem cell-derived EV (MSC-EV) in acute liver failure. Administration of MSC-EV and HSC-EV to an acute liver failure mouse model improved liver enzymes, and in liver histological examination, improved liver necrosis and apoptosis.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
