Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study examined cognitive processes of self-determination in children with intellectual disabilities throughout a neuro-educational approach. As results, responses without mature consideration were observed in some cases with intellectual disabilities. In such cases, cerebral region related to purposeful decision making was not activated. Therefore, a neuro-educational approach might be able to evaluate objectively the cognitive process of their self-determination.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
