Outline of Final Research Achievements

We developed fluorescent probes based on amphipathic αhelix peptide (22
residues from C-terminal of ApoA-I) that can selectively recognize highly-curved membranes found in exosomes. Our method allows easier, simpler and more rapid detection of
exosomes.
