Outline of Final Research Achievements

We prepared the site-selective growth of ZnO nanorod arrays on wrinkled-poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) substrate by glancing angle deposition. Moreover, we established the site-selective growth fabrication method and investigated the wettability of the substrate.
