Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have analyzed behavioral abnormality of miR-124-1 heterozygous mice, and found abnormal prepulse inhibition and increased expression of dopamine D2 receptor in the prefrontal cortex of miR-124-1 heterozygous mice. We also found abnormal prepulse inhibition and p62 accumulation in the pyramidal neuron of the prefrontal cortex in Ulk2 heterozygous mice.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
