Research Abstract

コンビナリトアル薄膜リチウム電池作成装置およびその評価システムを完成させた。これを用いて、15mm角の基板上に最大16個の全固体薄膜リチウム二次電池を製造し、その電池特性をマルチプローブCV測定装置で計測、電池構成部材の構造変化を顕微ラマン散乱によりin situに計測・評価する事ができるようになった。その結果、5V級高電圧正極薄膜の開発、酸化物負極薄膜の開発、ワイドギャップ固体電解質薄膜の開発などで成果が得られ、最終年度では金属リチウムを負極に用いた高性能薄膜リチウム二次電池の開発に成功した。
