Research Abstract

亜臨界・超臨界流体を場として、プラズマや電界などを付与したエネルギー場を反応場として物質変換を行うための基礎的検討ならびに応用事例を研究した。1)亜臨界・超臨界二酸化炭素あるいは水中でのパルスパワーによるプラズマを生成し、放電特性等を調べフェノールの重合などの有機化学反応が進行することを示した。2)亜臨界水中での電気分解(水熱電解)を水酸基を有する有機化合物について実験し解析した。3)超臨界二酸化炭素中での銅板のレーザアブレーションを行い、流体圧力の増加に伴いアブレーションにより生成した銅板の孔の深さが増加することを示した。
