| Research Abstract |
ヒトは様々な環境下において生理的な応答をおこなう. その応答には個体差が存在し, その生理的な応答の個体差を解明することは困難を極めている. そこで, 本研究では, 低温環境での血液循環系の生理応答に絞り, 個体差がどのようなメカニズムに起因しているかに関して, ヒトの直接計測から細胞・タンパク質計測をおこない, マクロからミクロに至るまで統合的に解析した. その結果, 個体差発生に関連する要素を抽出することができた
