| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Based on the classification of academic support behaviors in terms of social signals, a rubric was developed to guide and evaluate communication behaviors in academic support situations by TAs. As a result of the formative evaluation, a list of basic behaviors that should be emphasized as TAs was compiled. In addition, this rubric was also able to indicate behaviors that are relatively difficult to be aware of as TAs.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
ティーチング・アシスタント（TA）の育成と活用は、昨今の高等教育において広く求められている。したがって、TAを効果的に育成・評価するための教材は、プレFDおよびFDの両方の文脈において必要とされている。本研究では、身体動作による学修支援行動の分類を試みた。このような切り口による分類は他に例がなく、また、チェックボックス式のルーブリックは研修や授業中にも教員・TAそれぞれが教材として活用しやすい形式である。本研究の成果物であるルーブリックは、TA育成のための教材として活用可能である。
