Outline of Final Research Achievements

We have analyzed five DNA methylation profile sets of villous DNA and cell-free DNA from the women of the 5th day of postpartum to discover some genes which DNA methylation rate of cell-free DNA in the women of the 5th day of postpartum and of villous DNA are 0% and 100%, respectively.
Using blood from pregnant women in 32 weeks of gestation who had diagnosed with placenta previa,it will be verified whether placenta-derived cell-free DNA volume measurement can be a clinically applicable, pre-delivery adhesion placenta prediction method.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
