Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we proposed a datamining approach using public life science databases for genotype-phenotype correlation analysis. We performed to test our phenotype prediction model for dataset of model disease by cross-validation method. In the result, our prediction model obtained high prediction accuracy.
